Cajun spices for your everyday seafood cooking convenience

Cajun spices for your everyday seafood cooking convenience.
Here are the ingredients I got from ehow:
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground red pepper
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar

Just marinate your seafood like fish fillets and shrimps in it, voila...you have your very own cajun seafood. Store this Cajun spice mix in a sealed jar for up to three months.
