My Morning Mood Booster Smoothies

ingredients :
1 sachet milo
2 spoon vanilla whey protein or skimmed milk
1 teaspoon choco powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 glass ripe banana
1 tablespoon roasted almond or cashew
5 cubes ice rock

methods:
blend and enjoy!
